Today’s behavioral health environment requires more than excellent clinical care alone. Sustainable, compliant, and effective practices depend on strong collaboration between psychologists, administrators, billers, coders, and operational teams. The OPA Summer Practice Summit was designed to bring those worlds together in one focused, practical event built specifically for Oklahoma practices.

ONE DAY. TWO PATHS. BETTER PRACTICES.

The summit offers two specialized learning paths running side-by-side: an Ethics Workshop with The Trust for psychologists and providers, alongside the Behavioral Health Biller & Coder Intensive for administrative and revenue-cycle professionals. Together, these tracks create a shared understanding of compliance, documentation, payer expectations, coding accuracy, and practice sustainability — all while strengthening communication across the entire practice team.

While not required, practices are strongly encouraged to attend both tracks as a team.

When clinicians and operational staff learn together, practices are better equipped to improve patient access, reduce administrative friction, strengthen compliance, and create more financially stable systems of care. This summit is designed not simply as a conference, but as a collaborative investment in the future of integrated behavioral healthcare in Oklahoma.
