  1) Participants will learn about microaggressions and how to identify them.
  
  2) Participants will learn ways microaggressions impact marginalized groups and why microaggressions are important to us as psychologists.
  
  3) Participants will learn how to work with microaggressions in therapy (whether we’ve committed them or our clients, supervisees, and/or colleagues are telling us about their lived experiences with them).
